How to submit your cards to be graded with Rockets Hideout

Step 1

1. Choose your best trading cards to be graded and decide how many cards you wish to send

2. Prepare your trading cards by placing them in a clear sleeve and a semi-rigid card holder. This is the best way to ensure that only you have handled your card before the grading process.

2a. You may also place them into Top Loaders if you do not have any semi-rigid holders, however a member of our team will have to handle your card to remove it from the top loader and place it into a semi-rigid

Step 2

1. Head to our grading page HERE and add the grading tiers you wish to submit with for each of your cards.

2. Purchase your grading tiers and fill out our submission form with your order number. The form can be found HERE and is filled via Google Forms.

3. Ensure that all of your information is correct! Once you are certain your details are correct, submit the form.

Step 3

1. Prepare your shipping box and safely pack your submission. Please pack your cards in the same order as you entered them on the submission form and pad your box well to protect your cards from any shipping damage.

2. On the outside of your box, please securely attach a note with your order number which is provided after your purchase. This allows us to identify your submission without opening the box to ensure minimal contact with your cards before grading.

3. Choose your favorite shipping carrier and send your package to the following address:

Once we receive your submission you will receive an email confirmation.

Submissions are sent to PSA the 1st of every month.
You will receive email confirmation when submissions have been sent to PSA and again when they arrive back to us.
